Section 8 Waitlist Availability:
We are now accepting Section 8 waitlist applications for our 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartment homes. Applications will be accepted in our leasing office every Thursday between the hours of 1pm-3pm. Applications will be accepted until further notice.

Tax Credit Section 42 income restrictive apartment home availability:
We currently have 2-1 bedroom apartments available first come first hold and 3-2 bedroom apartments available first come first hold. The estimated wait time for townhomes are 6-8 months and 1–2 years for our ADA apartment homes! All adult applicants are required to submit a Tax Credit Section 42 application, $40.00 non-refundable application fee and a $50.00 hold fee if they desire to hold a home while the application is being verified.
